Where Is Your Machine & Parts Support Based?


Maripak Industrial Shrink Packaging Equipment & Parts Support is based in the Greater Tampa Florida area.


Technical Support is located in the Greater Tampa Florida area.  The Support Center is open from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm 5 days a week.  Parts are stocked and ship from the same location.

Standard and necessary machine and equipment parts will be readily available to ship to distributors or direct ship direct to end-user customers based on authorized equipment and parts distributors' direction or request. 

Equipment Technicians' point of origin for travel to provide installation services and necessary technical service work on machines and equipment will typically be the Tampa International - TPA airport.   If there is a certified Maripak USA Technician that is located in a remote location this option could also be used as an option.
