Maripak USA Machines and Equipment Return Policy is as follows.
Specific to MACHINES and EQUIPMENT
*** MACHINES, EQUIPMENT, PERIPHERALS, CONVEYORS and ALL EQUIPMENT INCLUDED IN THE SYSTEMS ***
*** Returns are ONLY provided for Mechanical Failures that can not be rectified by our factory technicians/factory within the Warranty Terms. ***
Measures to rectify technical issues will be as follows
1) Attempted to be remedied by way of telephone
2) Video calls, and or video meetings as many issues can be solved before traveling to the site.
3) If the issue/issues can not be remedied by the above mentioned and a technical or mechanical failure is determined, an
on-site technical service visit will be provided.
4) If the machine can not be restored to full factory operational performance, a full machine or equipment replacement will
be provided as the final option before any returns are considered or accepted.
