Maripak USA factory services and maintenance rates are as follows.
FACTORY SERVICE and MAINTENANCE RATES

STANDARD TECHNICAL SERVICE & SUPPORT RATES ***
*** Standard Technical Service and Warranty Service Rates for Factory Technicians will be invoiced at the regular rate of $195.00/hour. Travel is invoiced at $195.00/hour as well as any and all additional expenses incurred while traveling to the customer facility if needed. All attempts to rectify any technical issues will be first attempted to be remedied by way of telephone, video call, and or video meeting as many issues can be solved before traveling to the site. If the issue/issues can not be remedied then the customer will send an official purchase order with a request for technical service on location.

SERVICE RATE PRICING SCHEDULE
RATE SCHEDULE - SERVICE & TRAVEL RATES - NON-RELATED to INSTALLATION
- Monday - Friday - 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM - Regular Work Hours - First 8 hours - $195.00/hour
- Saturday, and Over 8 Hours after 5 PM - Monday through Friday - $215.00/hour
- Sunday & Holidays - $245.00/hour
- Shop Rate - (Maripak USA, Allentown PA 18106 and Sarasota, FL 34243) - $175.00/hour
- Phone & Virtual Video Support - By the Hour - Minimum Charge 1/2 hour - $150.00/hour
NOTES
1. Time starts when the service technician/engineer departs for a service visit.
2. Overtime begins after 5:00 PM, regardless of time spent at the plant.
3. A minimum of 2 hours chargeable time is required for all local service calls 1-75 miles from shops.
4. A minimum of 4 hours chargeable time is required for all out-of-town service calls 76 miles and greater from shops.
5. Travel time is considered chargeable time.
6. Rates are per person.
7. A 5% convenience fee will be added to all credit card payments.
TRANSPORTATION
By Company / Engineer-Technicians Vehicle $0.75/Mile
By Rail, Plane, Rented Car or Cab Actual Cost + 15% For Administration
LIVING EXPENSES
Overnight Lodging & Meals Actual Cost + 15% For Administration
