Why Must I Take the Installation and Training

The installation of any new automatic system is mandated by Maripak H.Q., regardless if a customer states they do not require the installation service, they do not want the installation service, that they have capable technicians, that they already have the same, similar, or different model of Maripak Shrink or E-commerce Series Equipment. Maripak H.Q. and Maripak AH's policy stands for many reasons which all protect the customer, the Maripak brand, and the Maripak equipment.  There are numerous legal reasons and ramifications with effects specific to the manufacturer's equipment warranty being 100% null and void.

Unfortunately, we can not and will not waive any installation and training service of any automatic shrink and /or e-commerce system and/or semi-automatic system deemed by the technical services department as required for a particular semi-automatic system as it is in the best interest of the customer. Installation and Training must always be done with our Factory Authorized Technicians.

That is something that is non-negotiable and we have no control to make any alterations as it is in place specifically to protect the customers and their investment in their machines and equipment.
