What Are The Purchase and Payment Terms? 


Maripak USA Shrink and E-commerce Equipment Purchase, Payment Terms, and Conditions are as follows. 


Machine and Equipment Purchase Terms:

50% Initial Deposit with Purchase Order / Reference #
50% Remaining Balance at Time of Shipment,

* shipment will be released once the balance has been received and cleared by the bank.

Plus Freight: --- All orders are plus freight.

Customers can arrange for their own freight carrier services if desired, or freight services will be provided as an additional charged line item with the final balance due.

* Freight service and quotes are for domestic use within the lower 48 states.

** International Shipments: - Canada, Mexico, and the Caribbean - customers must arrange for freight services, and equipment must be picked up from the designated fulfillment location provided at the time of sale. 

If an international customer has a freight forwarder within the lower 48 states a freight quote can be provided by request to their forwarder's delivery destination.
