Maripak USA does provide Installation, Set Up, and Training services as follows.


INSTALLATION, SET UP, and TRAINING

Installation, Set Up and Training is mandatory by a Factory Authorized and / or Certified Distributor/Reseller for all equipment purchases over $10,000.00 and / or for all Automatic L-Sealing and Side Sealing equipment as this equipment needs to be set up by a trained and experienced technician.  The cost of the service will also be added to the final balance. 

 

INSTALLATION EAST OF MISSISSIPPI *

The installation, set up, and training flat fee of $4,650.00 is EAST of the Mississippi and is an all-inclusive fee for ( travel by, air, rental vehicle, fuel, tolls, meals, and lodging expenses necessary to provide the appropriate service to the customer. )   

 

INSTALLATION WEST OF MISSISSIPPI *

The installation, set up, and training flat fee of $5,550.00 is WEST of the Mississippi and is an all-inclusive fee for ( travel by, air, rental vehicle, fuel, tolls, meals, and lodging expenses necessary to provide the appropriate service to the customer. ) 

 

INSTALLATION EASTERN CANADA *

The installation, set up, and training flat fee of $5,650.00 is for EASTERN CANADA and is an all-inclusive fee for ( travel by, air, rental vehicle, fuel, tolls, meals, and lodging expenses necessary to provide the appropriate service to the customer. ) 

 

INSTALLATION WESTERN CANADA *

The installation, set up, and training flat fee of $6,550.00 is for WESTERN CANADA and is an all-inclusive fee for ( travel by, air, rental vehicle, fuel, tolls, meals, and lodging expenses necessary to provide the appropriate service to the customer. ) 

 

INSTALLATION MEXICO & CARIBBEAN ISLANDS *

The installation, set up, and training flat fee of $5,750.00 is for CARIBBEAN and is an all-inclusive fee for ( travel by, air, rental vehicle, fuel, tolls, meals, and lodging expenses necessary to provide the appropriate service to the customer. ) 

 

EXPEDITED / RUSH SERVICES **

* Expedited or Rush Installation & Set-Up required for rush/immediate need with less than 21 days notice will incur an additional feed of $2,800.00 as additional last-minute travel costs and rescheduling is required to fulfill this need.  ** some exceptions may qualify for exemption **

** Also, a list of pre-set-up conditions for your specific piece of equipment will be provided and must be ready and in place upon the arrival of the installation technician.  If these conditions are not in place, any time that the technician must wait for the pre-set-up conditions to be completed so installation can commence or be completed will be invoiced at $195.00/hour until ready.  If for unforeseen circumstances the installation takes longer than 2 - 8 hour days any additional hours of labor will be invoiced at $195.00/hour until installation, set up, and training is complete.

 

STANDARD TECHNICAL SERVICE & SUPPORT RATES ***

*** Standard Technical Service and Warranty Service Rates for Factory Technicians will be invoiced at the regular rate of $195.00/hour. Travel is invoiced at $195.00/hour as well as any and all additional expenses incurred while traveling to the customer facility if needed. All attempts to rectify any technical issues will be first attempted to be remedied by way of telephone, video call, and or video meeting as many issues can be solved before traveling to the site. If the issue/issues can not be remedied then the customer will send an official purchase order with a request for technical service on location.
