Maripak USA factory technicians use a Pre-Installation Task Checklist Form before in scheduling travel.

MANDATORY PRE-CHECK LIST SUBMISSION ***

*** The following Pre-Install Checklist must be submitted showing all necessary information and tasks are complete and in place ready for our installation team, we assume this is an official confirmation that all has been completed for the proper installation. If for any reason our installation team finds that there are any items that do not, and or can not allow for the completion of the installation, and our technicians must wait for something to be completed, and or must return to continue the installation, set up, and training $195.00/hour will be invoiced for time and travel and any additional expenses incurred in addition to the standard installation fee.  This would include any hours of no activity, travel time to and from the facility.
