CONTROL PANEL
LCD operation panel will let you operate in different language options. On the control panel, there are four buttons to control the entire system and 2 x 16 characters of the LCD screen.
CONFIGURATIONS
AUTO / MANUAL
The system has two working modes as automatic and manual modes. In the automatic mode, the cycles are controlled by the automatic timers and the configurations that you have already input. In the manual button, the packaging cycle process is started by the operator by the start button which is located in the front or by an optional foot pedal.
SEALING TEMPERATURE
The sealing system has been controlled with a patented intelligent-sealing working principle. The cooling periods are being calculated, and the necessary energy is given to the blade with a controlled energy supply. As a result, the energy to be applied to the sealing blade is not always the same as the previous cycle. It is always re-calculated with the cooling potential of the blade.
There are four separate charts that can be applied to the blade. The 1st chart is the weakest one as POWER1, and the highest one is the POWER4. You can apply the correct setting depending on the film thickness, film type, and blade quality.
TUNNEL TEMPERATURE
The tunnel temperature is being controlled by an FE-Const (J) type of temperature controller. The actual value is shown on the screen, and the set value is also shown when you enter the “temperature” page. The SET value can always be changed when you go to this page.
Important note:
The tunnel has an automatic cool-down function. When you switch off the system when it is over 70ºC, then the system will continue to run the tunnel air fan and the tunnel conveyor until the temperature drops down to 70ºC.
WAITING TIME
There is an automatic working mode. In this mode, the seal bar can be controlled by time units. The preparation time of the next package is a waiting period for the machine. This potential time estimation is given “second” units to the machine.
PROCESS TIME
On the automatic mode, the seal bar is closed, and the sealing process is done. The seal bar can be kept closed as much as you needed. Sealing timer which has been explained above starts whenever the ignition sensor located on the right side of the chamber sends the trigger signal. But this sealing time expires during the “process” time is still active.

CONVEYOR DISTANCE
The discharge conveyor of the L sealer runs after the sealing process is expired. The running time is controlled by this timer which you can adjust in “second” units.
LANGUAGE
These are pages for language options. Once the right language option has been chosen, the system will automatically be initiated with the same language again.
