Where do I find my manuals for my newly purchased machine?
Maripak USA sends one printed hard copy with a protective cover of your newly purchased equipment / machine that is attached to your machine.
See below for specific details of placement and where to look for your manual(s) when your equipment / machine is delivered.

MANUAL, OPERATORS MANUAL, PARTS MANUAL, USER INSTRUCTION:

Every newly purchased machine / piece of equipment is shipped with a new fully printed hard copy in color that is enclosed in a protective cover. Each of the manual(s) are dated, personalized with the customers' information, specific serial number that is specific to your machine model.
Your manual(s) are then stored in our customer equipment database for reference when you may need / require assistance for support, service, or parts. Note each manual(s) is specific to each specific serial number and maybe different from other units.
The manual(s) are enclosed in a white bubble mailer and labeled with MANUAL and its SERIAL NUMBER as seen below in the images.
In addition, we also provide inside the crate with your machine model a "FINAL - Quality Control and Shipment Check" to ensure everything has been checked before shipment and everything is in perfect working condition.
If you lose, misplace, or destroy your manual(s) you can contact our Parts Team for a replacement that will be invoiced accordingly. Click - To Get Replacement Manual - LINK
